Airport:

Istanbul has two international airports, Ataturk International Airport (the main airport- the European Side) and Sabiha Gokcen International Airport (Asian Side).

JOURNEY FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL:

In order to book a shuttle service from YOYO, you just need to send a booking request via email to merhaba@driveyoyo.com before March 31.

Please provide full details of your flight no, flight time and arrival, and your Hotel name and address, as well as a mobile phone number where we can reach you after your arrival in Istanbul.

We will arrange the YOYO Team staff to meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel.

Rail:

Several rail lines connect Turkey to neighboring countries as well as many bus lines which easily and affordably connect Istanbul to other cities across Turkey, Europe and the Middle East.

Public transport in Istanbul:

Public transport represents another increasingly viable alternative to getting in and out of Istanbul.

Visa:

You are requested to check with the Turkish consulate in your home country or your travel agency for visa requirements.

As of 17th April 2013, the electronic visa (e-Visa) replaces the “sticker visa” which was issued at the border crossings.  

You just need to log on to www.evisa.gov.tr, provide the requested information, (after the application is approved) make online payment and download your e-Visa.

You are also kindly advised to have a travel document/passport valid for at least 6 months as from the date of your arrival in Turkey.

Money and currency:

The local money is the Turkish Lira (TRY).
